We can reprogram our minds to create positive thoughts and sensations
Up breathing techniques
Simple imagery and 'UP' breathing used during first stages of labour, are effective tools in relaxing the mind and body and producing oxytocin, which is also known as the love hormone
Down breathing techniques
'Down' breathing and visualisations during the second stage of labour help you 'breathe' your baby out calmly and reducing stress for yourself and the baby during childbirth. It is a natural and beautiful process which I want you to enjoy!
