Practice is Everything
A Vinyasa is a transition between asanas (poses) and it is also known as "flow yoga". This can be a very dynamic form of yoga. For a very slow paced class working on mobility, check out my Gravity Yoga classes.
Vinyasa Flow involves matching your breath to each movement: deeply inhaling through your nose as you lift up, slowly exhaling through your nose as you fold into the pose. Hold the poses while controlling your breath allows for that body mind connection and control.
Suitable for all levels, I will tailor the classes to your needs and we will work on opening up focus areas such as shoulders, hips and back.
