A vinyasa is a transition between asanas (poses) and it is also known as "flow yoga". This can be a very dynamic form of yoga. 
 
Vinyasa Flow involves matching your breath to each movement: deeply inhaling through your nose as you lift up, slowly exhaling through your nose as you fold into the pose. 

Holding the poses while controlling your breathing allows for that mind-body 
connection and control.
 
Suitable for all levels, I will tailor the classes to your needs and we will work on opening up focus areas such as shoulders, hips and back.
